Software Engineer, Front End Developer
Overview
Agentforce Authoring team is looking to add a strong Front-End focused Core Engineer to the Agentforce Builder team. The role will work on a cutting‑edge Agent Authoring experience, enabling Salesforce customers to create, test, deploy, and monitor their agents. You will focus largely on the complex LWC/Redux layer, supporting the Authoring Canvas and Pro‑Code editor, as well as underlying core services, APIs, and data layers.
Responsibilities- Build key aspects of Agentforce Builder
- Perform design reviews, code reviews, and participate in team meetings
- Maintain high standards for quality, performance, scalability, security, and accessibility
- Continuously improve methodologies, best practices, tools, and techniques
- Leverage AI tools in UI and core engineering
- Collaborate with product management to deliver a highly configurable and easy‑to‑implement product
- 5+ years of UI development experience focused on web front‑end development
- Experience with LWC and Redux
- Expert knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- BS in Computer Science from a top university (MS preferred)
