Tesla's Infotainment team develops and validates firmware for in-vehicle user interfaces and system software, ensuring high-quality user experiences through hands-on testing and troubleshooting of firmware issues across various vehicle platforms.

• Test prototype firmware on different vehicle platforms
• Troubleshoot firmware issues and develop reproduction steps
• Document test cases and troubleshooting procedures in detail
• Execute Linux commands/scripts for diagnostics

• Strong QA and testing philosophy
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to analyze firmware from a customer perspective
• Interest in developing software skills for potential transition to software roles at Tesla
