We are seeking a highly skilled software Technical Program Manager to drive execution and deliverables for vehicle infotainment computer platforms. The ideal candidate would have a solid background driving end to end consumer electronics product delivery, including working directly with Architecture, Product, HW, and SW engineering teams across the product lifecycle and software stack.

• Define cross‑functional SW development, integration, and validation schedules for Infotainment ECU subsystem across the software stack
• Set‑up HW/SW combined work‑streams, milestones, and execution plan to launch on‑time. Lead overall Infotainment SW delivery milestones aligned with vehicle teams.
• Surface and close technical program risks through the leadership team
• Develop and scale SW feature development work
• Develop SW product development lifecycle for infotainment
• Contribute to OK2x design reviews and supplier delivery performance
• Develop a scalable process for software engineering development and test assets

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical fields
• Experience in electronics product development across the SW stack from firmware to application layer and services
• Excellent cross‑functional leadership, communication, and problem solving
• Expert in agile processes and running software teams using JIRA, Confluence, and other program management tools

• Automotive industry experience
• Experience in customer or partner engineering roles

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $167,000 - $209,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full‑time and part‑time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Full Time Employee coverage is effective on the first day of employment. Part‑Time employee coverage is effective the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
