We’re seeking an Entry-Level / New Grade Software Developer (2+ years experience) to help build and scale low‑latency backend systems for our decentralized trading platform. You’ll work closely with senior engineers, product, and design in a fast‑paced startup environment.

• Build and optimize high‑performance trading systems
• Develop scalable, fault‑tolerant distributed systems
• Optimize databases and data pipelines for high‑volume workloads
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ship features and fixes
• Write clean, secure, and performant code
• Debug and resolve production issues

• Bachelor’s degree (transcript required)
• 2+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Familiarity with databases, distributed systems, networking, and OS fundamentals
• Proficiency in Golang or Rust
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills

Passionate about DeFi, crypto, or financial/trading systems
