We’re seeking a Video Generative AI Research Scientist / Engineer to be a foundational member of our U.S. team. You’ll lead the design, training, and deployment of state-of-the‑art generative models, bridging research and engineering to create experiences that move seamlessly from the lab to real‑world production.

• Research, design, and train state-of-the‑art generative models (e.g., diffusion, rectified flow) for video.
• Develop and optimize proprietary infrastructure for fast inference and scalable training

• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to prototype and ship interactive experiences from idea to live product.
• Contribute to Decart’s long‑term research agenda
  , shaping the future of generative video and multimodal AI.

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or MSc with equivalent industry research experience).
• Strong, hands‑on background in training generative models (diffusion, rectified flow, etc.).
• Proven experience taking research to production in real‑world systems.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX, Tensor Flow) and distributed training environments.
• Strong track record of publications, patents, or shipped projects in generative AI.

• Experience with multimodal data (video, audio, text).
• Familiarity with real‑time systems and interactive media applications.
• Prior experience in scaling AI infrastructure for high‑throughput video workloads.
