Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/React)

• Python backend development with REST APIs (FastAPI or Flask)
• Relational database schema design and SQL query optimization

• Build production web applications and APIs end to end, from database schema through backend services to the user interface
• Develop backend services and REST APIs in Python using FastAPI or Flask
• Design relational schemas and write and tune queries, joins, and indexes
• Shape system design and architecture for new features rather than working from fully specified tickets
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders before implementation so rework stays rare
• Share progress updates on your own and flag blockers the day they come up
• Write code that teammates can read, test, and extend
• Break down ambiguous problems and turn them into working, scalable solutions

• 8+ years of hands-on full stack development
• Production-grade Python, including building REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with a relational database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience designing scalable systems and owning features from schema to UI

• React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
• Claude Code or other AI-assisted development tools
• Desktop applications built on the Electron framework
• Agentic frameworks such as Google ADK or Lang Graph
• API documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Unit and integration testing
• Git workflow and version control best practices
