Integrated Construction Coordinator I
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Integrated Construction Coordinator I who can interact with staff at all levels in an ever‑changing environment. The role reviews, analyzes, manages, and resolves field coordination issues with project team members and participants.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms.
- Utilize Mortenson BIM/VDC for existing‑condition modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning, and record modeling.
- Serve as the point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction.
- Document work processes to enhance or change current company process standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Participate actively in Mortenson’s Integrated Delivery Advancement Team community of practice—knowledge sharing.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent field.
- Completion of beginner or intermediate level BIM/VDC software training.
- Detail orientation to organize and manage multiple project tasks.
- Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills.
- Positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies.
- Previous related internship experience is a plus.
- Beginner level software training (duplicate but preserved).
- Current driver’s license.

The base pay range for this role is $76,600 – $95,800. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%; Seattle, WA and Portland, OR – 10%; Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
