Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings at a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The Occupational Therapist will work in various units including Med/Surg, Orthopedics, and Cardiac Cath Lab and may be involved with both COVID and non-COVID patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide education and advice for patients and their families on therapeutic techniques.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Certifications / Licensure- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification preferred.
- AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.
