Description:
Provide occupational therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Assess and evaluate patient needs to create individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the provision of care.
Flexibility to work as per departmental needs on weekends and holidays.
Dress code consists of scrubs with no specific color prepared to work with COVID patients as necessary.
