Mortenson is seeking an Operator Foreman to oversee heavy equipment operations on our project sites in Texas. You will operate and supervise equipment, enforce safety policies, and coordinate with the crew to meet timelines.
The role requires at least two years of related experience, equipment certifications, and a valid driver's license. You will coach operators, review work plans, and ensure quality and compliance with Mortenson standards.
