Project Analyst

Description

NSI requires a Project Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Program Office. The Project Analyst will directly support a government Program Manager. Support government customers/projects by preparing, processing, and tracking purchase requests, vendor quotes, and procurement documentation in compliance with regulations and contract requirements. Collect, maintain, and analyze project data to track milestones, deliverables, schedules, and risks. Compile and submit routine reports such as credit card activity, procurement status, and financial tracking logs;

maintain accurate project documentation for audit readiness. Work closely with program managers, engineers, and government representatives to track requirements, address procurement needs, and provide updates on project status.

Panama City Beach, FL

BS or BA degree preferred.

At least three (3) years of experience delivering customer service and maintaining positive relationships with government customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to perform financial tracking and analysis. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
