We are looking for Registered Dental Assistants with 1+ year of experience who want the flexibility to set their own schedule and work only when it suits them. Shift notifications are sent directly to your phone; you accept shifts that fit your availability and receive payment promptly after completion.

• Welcome customers in the dental office
• Prepare customers for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through four‑handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
• Maintain the dental room clean and well‑stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures

• Proven experience as a registered dental assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks such as coronal polishing (a plus)
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well‑organized and reliable
• High school diploma; graduation from dental assistant school preferred
• Additional certifications or training (e.g., EFDA) are an asset
