Senior Drafter

ISPA Technology, LLC is seeking a Senior Drafter to support Navy engineering projects in Panama City Beach, FL.

Combine drafting, graphics design, and IT support to deliver high‑quality technical products for government customers.

• Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D engineering drawings, schematics, and technical illustrations in accordance with DoD and NAVSEA standards.
• Create visual materials for engineering documentation and briefings.
• Maintain configuration control and revision tracking.
• Collaborate with engineers to accurately represent mechanical, electrical, and system‑level components.
• Provide local IT support, including workstation setup, software installation, troubleshooting, and coordination with corporate IT to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage shared drives, data repositories, and digital assets to meet Navy and DoD information assurance requirements.

• Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in drafting, CAD, or graphics production in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, or equivalent CAD software, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Windows network environments, basic IT troubleshooting, and system configuration.
