• Perform high-quality facial and skincare services
• Consult with clients and build personalized treatment plans
• Recommend retail products, upgrades, and memberships
• Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
• Create long-term client relationships through education and results

• Active Esthetician license (state-required)
• Strong retail and in-room upgrade performance
• Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Professional, reliable, and team-driven
• Liability insurance required

• Base Hourly pay vs. per service commissions plus upgrades/retail commission/gratuity/bonus
