The Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions. Based on this, you will develop treatment plans, perform interventions to improve patient well-being, and evaluate progress.

Evaluate patients' functional status, assist physicians in developing therapy plans, observe and report patient responses, and treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning. Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about care plans and progress.

Licensure Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license in Florida
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
