$16.00 an hour—pay above national average. $450 sign‑on bonus paid over the first six months, plus $150 after 90 days, $150 after 120 days, and $150 after 180 days.

• Operate washing and drying equipment.
• Load and unload textiles from machines.
• Measure and administer cleaning agents to laundry according to provided formulas.
• Monitor feeder information on washers, ensuring all drums are full, and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
• Set appropriate drying and cooling times for different types of linen.
• Clean machines and surrounding areas.
• Sort linen and terry items.
• Pre‑treat items for stains as needed.
• Fold linen and terry according to property specifications.
• Transport linen and terry within the laundry area and to storage areas within the hotel.
• Comply with hotel safety requirements for supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Demonstrate a strong customer‑service focus, anticipating guest needs, greeting and acknowledging guests and team members, responding to requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Show perseverance to complete work efficiently with attention to quality and detail.

• Have working knowledge of laundry chemicals and different formulas, and understand their effects on various types of linen.

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.

$10.55 – $27.56 per hour, rate depends on state/market and experience.
