What You’ll Actually Do- Manage caseload of family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, support, modifications, paternity, domestic violence)
- Develop case strategies fit to client needs
- Handle various family law cases
- Provide client‑centered legal advice
- Translate legal concepts into clear, compassionate advice
- Represent clients in court, hearings, trials, mediations
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents
- Collaborate with paralegals/support staff and mentor junior team members
