Food & Beverage Team Member - Publix Sports Park
Location: Panama City, FL
Department: Food & Beverage
Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager
Status: Part-time (Non-exempt)
Company: Publix Sports Park, managed by Sports Facilities Management, LLC, a subsidiary of The Sports Facilities Companies (SFC).
Position SummaryWe are looking for positive individuals to assist with our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats.
- Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine.
- Assist with food prep and cooking.
- Keep all food service areas clean and neat.
- Balance cash drawer at end of shift.
- Other various duties as assigned by management.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
- One year of customer service experience with general public preferred.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Facility has intermittent noise.
