Parts Counter Person - Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach

Harley-Davidson of Panama City Beach is looking for experienced Parts Counter people. We are hiring immediately. With over 125 years in business, why go anywhere else? Candidates must be courteous, have a positive attitude, and be a team player. Parts department dealership experience required.

• Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders
• Credit returns in a timely/orderly manner - within 48 hours
• Charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System
• Inspect as required items before leaving the dealership
• Inspect returns as per policy
• Ability to access, look up, price and order parts
• Maintain order logs and ensure sufficient inventory on hand
• Keep shelves stocked and organized
• Delivering parts
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Other duties per description and as assigned

• Experienced and aware of the latest technologies and be a persistent problem solver
• Brand specific parts experience a plus not required, we will train
• Looking for a people‑person with a friendly personality
• Must have computer proficiency
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background and drug screen
