This PART-TIME position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions. They are expected to resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain high store standards. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

The selected individual will work at Store #725244, located at 7675 Panama City Beach Parkway, Panama City Beach, FL.
Job duties include contact with customers, access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, merchandise, and other valuables, which may be supervised or unsupervised. A criminal history review is required to ensure safety and protect the company's reputation.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation
  • Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Experience selling paint and related products
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • Multilingual abilities, including Spanish
Sales Responsibilities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending products
  • Build trust with customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately
  • Meet sales goals regularly
  • Maintain accurate work order files
  • Retrieve and prepare products for sale, including tinting and mixing
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean equipment and assist with deliveries as needed
  • Keep areas stocked and presentable
  • Stay knowledgeable about products and options
  • Follow inventory procedures
  • Suggest sales improvements
