Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store according to company policies and procedures.
• Support the management team with daily operations and team training.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales and promoting brand loyalty.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandise organization.
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Type:

Schedule:

• Available for shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

• $15 to $18 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of retail experience is preferred.
• Experience as a key holder or in a supervisory position is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and perform essential retail functions.
