Job Description

Purpose:

At Allergan Aesthetics, an Abb Vie company, you will thrive in a fast‑paced, strategic environment where bold, innovative thinking is encouraged. The APC role is highly visible, both externally and internally, as a member of the sales management team, delivering consultative support to key customers and protecting Allergan Aesthetic leadership in the market.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing consultative services through key account support, improving access and presence for Facial Aesthetics, Skin Medica, Aesthetic Surgery, and Cool sculpting products.
  • Partner with the sales team in customer targeting, identify opportunities, develop strategic selling plans, and serve as project manager for key account initiatives.
  • Communicate activity within target accounts to sales and management teams.
  • Develop, deliver, and execute practice enhancement programs based on account needs and objectives.
  • Prepare clear pre‑call meeting objectives and ensure timely communication and follow‑up with customers.
  • Demonstrate leadership in the account selling process to provide long‑term competitive advantage.
  • Monitor performance of key accounts and manage resource allocations.
  • Conduct business management training and education for sales and management teams through best‑practice presentations and consulting service updates.
  • Identify opportunities and speak at local, regional, and/or national conferences and society meetings.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs offered by The BSM Consulting Group, the APC team, or Sales Training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7–10 years of in‑depth knowledge of the aesthetic healthcare environment, including practice management and marketing.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and its impact on business decisions.
  • Proven financial and budget management skills, including analytical and business planning skills, with capacity to manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, and marketing plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with internal teams, marketing, field sales, customers, and vendors/consultants.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving sales, marketing, and corporate goals with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to independently develop, lead, and execute innovative strategies.
  • High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Field‑based position with approximately 75% travel, overnight travel, and occasional weekend work; valid driver’s license required.
