As a Herc Rentals Pro Sales Associate you will begin a fast‑track learning journey through the Black & Gold Academy, preparing you for an immediate placement as a Territory Sales Representative with opportunities for future roles in management, regional sales management, national accounts, and more.

• Begin a fast‑track sales development program.
• Build on basic sales and leadership skills to become a talented sales professional.
• Learn about the equipment rental industry and gain knowledge of a wide variety of the equipment we rent and sell.
• Work alongside our leadership and sales team to visit customer job sites and make sales calls, learning our branch operations.
• Contribute to the revenue growth of a sales territory.
• Gain exposure to specialty divisions such as National Accounts, Industrial Sales, Entertainment Services, and Energy Services.

• 0–5 years of general sales experience, preferably from retail, telecommunications, or light industrial markets. Recent graduates with a sales, business, or related degree are welcome.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Self‑motivated and competitive personality.
• Understanding of the importance of time management.

Pay Range: $26.44 per hour (subject to company discretion and candidate factors).
