• Respond and engage with online and in-store sales inquiries using our CRM tool, online chat, email, text, phone and social media.
• Film brief vehicle overview videos and send to guests for their motorcycle(s) of interest.
• Schedule guests’ showroom visit, test drive, and prepare their motorcycle(s) of interest prior to arrival.
• Continue guest engagement until the purchase transaction is closed.
• Prospect for new business using the dealership database and networking activities to identify potential sales opportunities and develop a personal “book” of repeat business.
• Update and manage guest profiles in the dealership database.

• Company-paid training for new candidates.
• Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in product knowledge and technology.
• Prior automotive or retail sales experience not required.
• Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
• Exceptional guest service skills and desire to achieve CSI scores above manufacturer requirements.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal skills, listening skills, and ability to problem-solve.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required.
• Present a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.
• Must have a valid U.S. government-issued driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement, a safe driving record, and be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
