Juniper is Growing! We are seeking a Client Relations Manager to be the liaison between Juniper and our clients, setting reasonable expectations and ensuring we meet those expectations for the client’s landscaping needs.

Responsibilities- Grow existing clients’ business and secure new clients within Construction Landscaping Services.
- Set and manage expectations with our clients.
- Build strong, favorable relationships with our clients.
- Manage all interactions with client decision makers (DM) regarding deadlines, pricing, and follow‑up.
- Manage the financial portion of contracted work, including original contracts and change orders.
- Communicate all pertinent information to the DM, including changes in scope, deadlines, and expectations, even after the job is ongoing.
- Gather accurate information for the estimating and design team.
- Turn over contracted work to operations with accurate plans, proposals, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor and be accountable for project and account gross margin.
- Communicate with operations to ensure they fully understand client expectations for every new project.
- Report on potential and secured sales weekly.
- Create forecasts for your market to help the company plan for demand fluctuations.
- Sense of urgency – respond to client calls and emails promptly; zero tolerance for lack of availability or follow‑up.
- Over‑communication internally and externally to keep all departments and clients informed.
- Clear understanding of your market and clients; report on market state, growth, service failures, and improvement needs.
- Strong networking ability; active within relevant organizations, promote Juniper’s brand, and secure new opportunities.
- Knowledgeable in horticulture, pest & fertilization, arbor work, etc.
- High proficiency with Office products, presentation preparation, and client‑centered marketing materials.
- Strong established reputation in the industry is a plus.
- Certified CEU instructor is a plus.
- All licenses and qualifications are a plus.
