Welcome to Stretch Zone - Our Panama City Beach studio is hiring!!
We are looking for an energetic, organized sales team associate who has a passion for health & wellness and in helping our members achieve their goals. Prior sales experience is required. Prior experience working in a health & wellness setting is preferred. College degree preferred.
At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your own health. As a Sales Team Member at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner assisted stretch.
Responsibilities- Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
- Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for helping others
- Prior sales experience
- Proficient in working with CRM/POS computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Basic understanding of anatomy required
