Location / Overview

Welcome to Stretch Zone in Panama City Beach, Florida. We are looking for an energetic, organized sales team associate who has a passion for health & wellness and in helping our members achieve their goals
. Prior sales experience is required. Prior experience working in a health & wellness setting and a basic knowledge of anatomy is preferred.
College degree preferred
. This job opportunity would be amazing for a college student enrolled in a Physical Therapy, Exercise Science or Kinesiology program, or for a PTA who is ready to step away from hands on bodywork. At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your own health. As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner assisted stretch.

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner‑assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add‑on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.

• Strong communication skills
• Passion for helping others
• Prior sales experience
• Proficient in working with CRM/POS computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
• Basic understanding of anatomy required

• Hourly base pay + commission on Member Sales
