Security Guard

The Security Guard is responsible for the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, staff, and property. They patrol the hotel grounds and facilities, monitor security cameras, and respond to incidents. Security Guards must be able to think quickly and make good decisions under pressure. They must also be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

• Patrol the hotel grounds and facilities to deter crime and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property
• Monitor security cameras and respond to any suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents, such as thefts, disturbances, and medical emergencies
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures
• Provide customer service to guests and staff

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a security guard role
• Ability to think quickly and make good decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
