Oversee, an award winning vacation rental management company on 30A, is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with ensuring the upkeep, repair, and improvement of our properties by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with projects. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a team effectively.

- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair in-home issues, such as HVAC malfunctions, appliance repairs, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all tasks performed using Breezeway.
- Communicate work progress in Breezeway, ensuring accurate tracking of billable items and hours, and coordinate with coworkers to prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Conduct assigned inspections of homes to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
- Assist other maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
- Communicate with coworkers to ensure seamless operations and collaboration across the organization.
- Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, preferably within the vacation rental industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques
- Experience in leading a team of technicians
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
