** Your next challenge
** Design, lead, and execute comprehensive product development and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, through the identification of growth opportunities, effective product lifecycle management, coordination of cross-functional teams, and the implementation of innovative initiatives that strengthen the value proposition, increase market share, and ensure competitiveness against emerging trends.
** What you’ll be doing:
*** Drives product development and product management throughout the lifecycle, identifies trends, needs, and growth opportunities.
* Defines and leads the product marketing strategy to be implemented across the company.
* Works with a cross-functional team (CFT) to define all aspects of the product (value proposition / specs / target group, etc.) to be launched.
* Leads the definition of the business case, business requirements, product, digital design specifications, prioritization, feature approval, and launch criteria.
* Continuously assesses risks and opportunities and makes course corrections whenever necessary during the product development process.
* Identifies emerging competitive trends and segmentations in the product area and finds ways to adapt current products / develop new products to stay ahead of the competition.
* Provides guidance on all key elements of the product marketing mix, in clear alignment with the marketing, sales, and country trade marketing teams: value proposition, pricing guidelines.
* Conducts surveys and performs A/B testing, especially on the proposed UI/UX.
* Oversees product development project management (NPD): feature prioritization, roadmap planning, effective project management.
* Develops and implements marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
* Oversees all marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing.
* Conducts market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
* Collaborates with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Manages the marketing budget and allocates resources effectively.
* Develops and implements product development strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Oversees product development activities and initiatives.
* Monitors and reports on product development performance metrics.
