Operations Management Consultant I position with the Florida Department of Children and Families located in Panama City, FL.
This role conducts organizational studies, designs office systems and procedures, and provides technical assistance to help agencies operate more efficiently. The position may include supervising employees, program analysis, management consulting, and work simplification studies.
Key qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and three years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, research, or evaluation
- Master's Degree can substitute for one year of required experience
- Professional or non-professional experience can substitute year-for-year for required college education
- Internal agency opportunity; only persons already employed by Department of Children and Families are eligible
