Inland Construction and Engineering Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated Shop Foreman to oversee and coordinate all shop operations related to our commercial, industrial, and federal construction projects. Responsibilities
  • Lead daily shop operations, overseeing equipment maintenance, inventory, and logistics
  • Schedule, assign, and monitor shop tasks to ensure on‑time project readiness
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all shop procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to coordinate equipment and material needs
  • Maintain accurate records of tools, materials, and equipment usage
  • Train and mentor shop staff and promote a culture of safety and accountability
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that affect shop productivity or safety
  • Support fabrication or minor equipment repairs as needed
  • Uphold company values and represent ICE with professionalism
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a shop foreman or similar supervisory role in construction is preferred
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple timelines
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with crews, vendors, and management
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on environment
  • Willingness to learn company‑specific systems and procedures

Schedule
  • Full‑Time Position
