Petroleum Installation Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple petroleum construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires a highly organized, self‑directed professional capable of managing 3–5 projects simultaneously, driving business development opportunities, and ensuring all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate brings strong petroleum construction experience, superior communication skills, and expert‑level proficiency in project management software.

• Manage full project lifecycle for 3–5 petroleum construction projects concurrently, including new builds, remodels, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Oversee project budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Lead business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal participation, and market opportunity identification.
• Coordinate all project activities with subcontractors, vendors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project quality, safety compliance, and progress tracking.
• Maintain accurate documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement corrective action to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory, environmental, and petroleum industry standards.
• Deliver clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and next steps.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in petroleum construction, fuel systems, or related commercial/industrial construction fields.
• Strong understanding of fuel systems, tank installations, piping, and regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to project sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Project for schedule development and management.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Procore for project documentation, workflows, and field management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• High attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and financial discipline.
