Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Superintendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Construction Project Superintendent will play a critical role in coordinating and overseeing all on-site activities, collaborating with subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and implement detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are understood and followed.
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate project updates.
• Supervision of On-site
  
  Activities:
• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality control program.
• Address and resolve any issues or defects in a timely and effective manner.
• Budget Management:
• Work closely with the project manager to monitor and control project budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising quality.
• Keep accurate records of all on-site expenditures.
• Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities, fostering positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with project management to address any issues and ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Superintendent or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
