Your Role as a Whistle Express Team Member

As a Car Wash Attendant / Customer Experience Representative, you'll be a vital part of our team, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience. Here’s what your role includes:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assist with questions, promote unlimited wash memberships, and guide new customers through our range of wash options and services.
• Operations & Safety: Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Attention to Detail: Conduct vacuum checks and maintain our “Sparkle Assurance” standards, ensuring every wash exceeds expectations.

We support career growth within the company, including roles like Assistant Leader, Site Leader, Trainer, or Maintenance Technician.
