Job Type: Full-Time / Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Hours:

8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-8:00pm

Rate Of Pay: $17-$25 Per Hour (DOE)

Employer Will Conduct Background Check, Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Check

• Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.
• Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
• Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
• Record and report the service calls.
• Provide one-on-one training of new dispatchers.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.

• Valid driver's license.
• 9 months experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
• Proficient with IT systems, phone systems, and CRM software; strong typing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
