Automotive Car Biller
Location:
Panama City, FL
- Processing billing for new and used vehicles deals
- Verifying policies, money down, trade information, and necessary paperwork
- Reading and interpreting sales contracts, tag and title documents, warranties, and other deal‑related documents
- Calculating costs for goods, services, and delivery
- Handling sales tax calculations for automotive sales
- Posting and processing car deals daily
- Verifying costs and transactions for each vehicle sale
- Receiving and processing paperwork from the F&I Department
- Processing trade payoffs
- Providing additional administrative support as needed
Minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience
