Customer Service Representative – Part Time Patient Registration
Location: Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Medical Center

Hours:
PRN – part time, work as needed. Shifts range between 8–12 hours.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help patients check into the hospital, answering questions during registration and building trust by listening with compassion while collecting accurate information quickly.
Responsibilities- Work on computers and answer phones to intake information in a busy environment.
- Collect details across multiple screens, ensuring data is entered correctly between physician and nurse check‑ins.
- Help patients who may be ill or worried, listening and easing their anxiety.
- Operate quickly in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to varying health plans and unexpected situations.
- Collaborate with a supportive team focused on career development.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Confidence in multitasking, quick learning with technology, typing speed and phone skills.
- Ability to see illness and injuries; up‑to‑date on vaccinations.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
Pay: $15.00 – $20.28 per hour (base pay range). Individual pay determined by role, level, location, skills, experience and training.
