We are looking for an Interventional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/Anesthesiologist Physician (PM&R) to join our growing medical team full time at our busy offices in the greater Panama City and DeFuniak Springs area. We seek outstanding physicians with a passion for quality, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a team approach to help define the pain management practice of the future.

We are a multispecialty team comprising Physicians, PA/NPs, Physical Therapists, Nurses, and Practitioners who collaborate to relieve pain, restore physical function, and empower patients. We provide a comprehensive system focused on evidence‑based medicine with conservative measures first, and interventional procedures when necessary.

Our interventional services include discography, epidural steroids, facet joint injections, intradiscal treatments, joint injections, radio frequency ablation, SI joint injections, vertiflex interspinous stabilization, intrathecal drug delivery systems, spinal cord stimulators, and endoscopic rhizotomy.

• Patient exam/evaluation including medical history and relevant imaging/studies.
• Direct patient care: diagnoses, treatment plans for a wide variety of pain conditions.
• Perform interventional procedures as medically necessary.
• Provide referrals as needed for imaging and consultation with other specialties.
• Regularly reassess patients to determine effectiveness/progress.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post‑procedure care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Coordinate treatment plans with patients and other team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology.
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management.
• MD or DO with current active license in Florida.

• Base salary: $415k-$460k, with earning potential exceeding $575k.
