We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are committed to excellence in early childhood education and dedicated to creating a supportive environment that aligns with Florida’s Office of Early Learning standards and the comprehensive VPK curriculum. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage classroom activities and foster a nurturing and positive relationship with children and families.
- Implement a wide range of learning experiences covering physical health, social‑emotional development, and academic skills such as logic, language, literacy, and more.
- Conduct detailed assessments to tailor instruction and support each child’s unique journey, including those with disabilities.
- Plan and facilitate outdoor and indoor activities to encourage active, engaged learning.
- Adhere to stringent health and safety guidelines, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure open communication with parents.
