• Manage classroom activities and foster a nurturing and positive relationship with children and families.
• Implement a wide range of learning experiences covering physical health, social‑emotional development, and academic skills such as logic, language, literacy, and more.
• Conduct detailed assessments to tailor instruction and support each child’s unique journey, including those with disabilities.
• Plan and facilitate outdoor and indoor activities to encourage active, engaged learning.
• Adhere to stringent health and safety guidelines, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure open communication with parents.
