Position: Program Manager with Security Clearance
McLaughlin Research Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a contract (pending award) at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) A40 Analysis, Tactics and Simulation Division has requirements to provide engineering, programmatic, and technical support to various modeling and simulation, engineering, analysis, and tactics (MSEAT) development for Mine Warfare, Littoral Warfare, Expeditionary Warfare, Special Warfare, Surface Warfare, Subsea and Seabed Warfare (SSW), Amphibious Warfare, and Emerging/Future Warfare systems under development, acquisition, and sustainment within the Division and within the NSWC PCD organization.

Program Manager - Desire 10 years of civilian or military experience in general task management and demonstrated experience in directing, coordinating, and exercising supervisory authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating diverse, multi-disciplinary task teams completing complex engineering , analytical or technically related tasks. Demonstrated experience should also include experience in: directing and monitoring work results for meeting customer requirements, specifications, and quality assurance standards;

evaluating performance of assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and program schedules; demonstrated thorough understanding of the goals, aims and technical complexities of MIW systems being developed, modified, and supported by NSWC PCD.
