Provide oversight of engineering and manufacturing operations with a focus on technical acumen, risk control, quality delivery, and safety. Oversee all engineering and manufacturing operations, emphasizing technical excellence, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and safety. Direct Pre-Production Engineering and Production or Manufacturing functions to ensure successful delivery of all PCB-based priority investment initiatives. Establish and refine world-class EMP processes for efficient technology development and deployment, while upholding rigorous technical discipline and a culture of safety across the PCB Flagship and R&D labs.

Apply advanced technological expertise to deliver scalable solutions, enhance EMP impact, and ensure optimal team deployment within strategic and cost parameters. Cultivate supply chain partnerships, lead classified manufacturing capability standup, implement cost efficiency measures, and support the client in advancing Engineering Labs and Facilities Strategy.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
