• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Education and/or

  New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists especially Hospice patients
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
