EMT Basic

We’re hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) who respond to emergency and non‑emergency requests for medical assistance, delivering high‑quality care, treatment, and customer service to patients.

• Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize EMT skills for communication, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, and office tools.
• Operate an ambulance in compliance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health, public safety personnel, and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain Lifeguard image and establish strong community relations.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State driver’s license.
• National or state EMT certification.
• CPR/BLS certifications.
• Clean driving record in compliance with company policy.
• Pass physical agility test.
• Some healthcare work experience or equivalent.
