Attorney - Panama

About the Role

Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is a multi‑office national defense firm seeking Florida‑licensed attorneys for our Panama City, FL office. The position covers multiple practice areas including General Liability & Auto, Medical Malpractice, and Assisted Living/Long‑Term Care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of litigation experience.

• Review and prepare summaries of medical records.
• Draft and file motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Prepare clients for depositions and take/defer depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Cover hearings and attend court appearances regularly.

• Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
• 1+ year litigation experience.
• Experience with medical records analysis.
• Ability to draft discovery, respond to discovery, and draft discovery‑related motions.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
