Warehouse Manager for Navy

Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking a highly qualified on-site Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations supporting government property accountability and warehouse functions at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division. The role requires experience in DoD logistics, inventory systems, personnel management, and compliance with Navy property procedures.

• Supervise warehouse staff performing receipt, storage, inventory, issue, packaging, shipping, and disposal of government-owned material.
• Enforce compliance with Navy ERP, DPAS, and DoD property accountability requirements.
• Ensure proper use and documentation of MHE and Motor Vehicle operations.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of Navy ERP transactions, Key Supporting Documents (KSDs), and associated reporting.
• Support inspection readiness, COSIS, shelf-life management, and DEMIL procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery and issue of priority materials (IPG 1-3).
• Oversee contractor compliance with safety and facility protocols; report incidents and discrepancies.
• Submit monthly reports per contract data requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse supervision or management in a government or defense environment.
• Strong knowledge of Navy ERP, DPAS, and government property systems.
• Prior experience managing material movement, preservation/packaging, inventory, and disposal actions under Navy or DoD contracts.
• S. Citizenship required; must pass background check.

• Valid MHE certification.
• Working knowledge of MIL-STD-129, NAVSUP P-723, and DoD material handling regulations.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
