Shifts Available:
Days or Nights (12-hour shifts, rotating weekends)
Hourly Pay Range: $27.00 - $39.00 (based on experience)
Night Differential: +$4.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

We are hiring compassionate, dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and dynamic environment. You'll assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of adult patients in our fast-paced medical-surgical unit while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Deliver direct patient care following facility policies and evidence-based practice

Assess, monitor, and document patient progress and interventions

Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and care coordinators to implement effective care plans

Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and medications

Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and act decisively in emergencies

Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment

Active RN license in Florida or compact RN license (must apply for Florida license if not yet obtained)

1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (does not need to be Med-Surg-specific)

Candidates with 3+ years of RN experience may qualify with acute care experience within the last 5 years

ASN required; BSN preferred

BLS (AHA) required
