Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Salary: $26.40 – $39.60/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department in Panama City, FL. This role requires strong clinical skills, rapid decision-making, and the ability to care for patients across all acuity levels. You will work with a supportive, experienced emergency team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

• Day Shift (Rotating Weekends)
• Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

• Triage, assess, and provide treatment for patients with varying levels of acuity
• Deliver high-quality, critical nursing care during medical emergencies
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Manage multiple cases efficiently while prioritizing patient needs
• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines, regulatory requirements, and hospital policies

• Active Florida RN license or multistate compact eligibility
• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience (within the last year)
• ADN or Nursing Diploma required;
  BSN preferred
• BLS required prior to start
• Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of hire
