Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Medical-Surgical Unit. This role involves delivering high-quality, individualized nursing care to patients with complex cardiac conditions, including heart failure, arrhythmias, post-cardiac surgery recovery, and other cardiovascular disorders. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced acute care environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.



Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments during admission and each shift, identifying and communicating any significant changes in patient status.

• Carry out provider-ordered procedures and monitoring; document all aspects of care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record.

• Administer medications as prescribed, observe for therapeutic and adverse effects, and intervene as necessary.

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care by responding to patient needs proactively and compassionately.

• Provide clear and effective education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
