RN Med Surg

Compensation:
Base pay range of $27.00/hr - $37.00/hr, with a SIGN ON bonus of $15,000 and Night Differential of $4/hr.

The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care needs.

• Current FL RN license or appropriate compact licensure. If holding a compact license, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACUTE CARE RN EXPERIENCE (not necessarily in Med-Surg) within the last 3 years, or within the last 5 years if the candidate has extensive RN experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Effective listening skills and customer service abilities.
• Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to perform work requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds.
